We do that by providing the machining, hardware insertion, finishing, logo and legend printing.
High or low quantity orders receive the same careful attention to your requirements. We grow our business one satisfied customer at a time.
Just provide an engineering drawing with left-right, top-bottom dimensions, showing the cuts required, and we will take it from there. From D-circles to DB Connectors, to slot patterns for ventilation, we do it all.
If you wish to provide your circuit board and/or components, we will make sure everything fits. Or, we can provide a “first article” for approval. Preliminary quotes can be made from sketches. Proper drawings are required for actual fabrication.
Our Machinists are first class and the workmanship is excellent. All cuts are made before metal finishing is done, assuring you of a professional look, that offers your customers a “perceived value” you can bank on.
We will insert standoffs, studs, captive nuts, etc., for mounting components.
Split body enclosures can be cut to custom length from 2” to 16” long, with a tolerance of +/- .005. We can hold to a zero negative tolerance if required.
Modular series boxes can be fabricated from 2” to 17” wide, and 2” to 19” deep. These enclosures are available in 1u, 2u, and 3u, heights.
Custom oversize or odd shape end caps can also be provided.
Parts are sanded and grained for an excellent finished look to the natural aluminum. They are then ready to move on to plating or painting, if desired.
