Modular Enclosures
The Modular Series are a 6-part enclosure. The side rails are extruded aluminum, and come in 3 different heights, 1u, 2u, and 3u. Top and bottom plates are cut to your specific width and depth. The end caps are extruded aluminum material with a stiffener bar on the inside edge, to prevent any flex or gaping. The ends are attached into the tapped holes in the extrusion with machine screws. These enclosures can be manufactured in widths to 17 inches and depths of 22 inches. They can be supplied with either a flush end cap (Desktop style) or a 19-inch end, for rack mounting (Rackmount style). The Rackmount end cap has optional handles.
